TTi Collective is a multi-disciplinary creative, brand marketing and project management firm based in Portland, Oregon.

TTI Collective's founder, Timm Flintoff, shaped TTiC around one simple concept; that original thinkers move the world forward and that their big ideas deserve every chance to succeed.  TTiC knows how hard that can be; genius doesn’t always succeed on merit alone. Especially early on, entrepreneurs may need help articulating their mission, vision and position.   We love partnering with entrepreneurs who believe in themselves and their ideas, but also understand and appreciate that collaboration can help crack the code to success.

TTiC believes in results, and that people and precision, not perfect process, are the key enablers.

We demystify the process, focus on what success looks like and remove all the noisy distractions so clients have the freedom to explore and connect with their consumers.  This approach harmonizes well with clients looking to spend more time cooking-up innovative ideas, activating campaigns, raising capital and boosting margins.

We’ve found that when a dedicated team of collaborators rally behind a cause, big things happen.  

Sometimes, successful entrepreneurs can struggle to take the next step forward. Figuring out how to make an idea something real, make consumers aware of it, and even profitable can be overwhelming. Often, all a growing business needs is a compass to navigate the path leading forward. That’s what we are and that’s what we do.

It all starts with a one-on-one meeting with Timm to discuss your business, your big ideas and begin to understand where you are headed and how you might get there. It’s our opportunity to establish clarity of purpose, outline timelines, discuss preliminary budgets and go deeper into process mechanics.  From there, Timm will hand pick a team of experts to collaborate with on your project.

Michael Hernandez is the founder and creative director of The Bruin Co.; a design consultancy equipped to serve clients in need of quality work and strategic thinking. Michael is a multidisciplinary designer with over two decades of experience working for Nike Inc. in Portland, Oregon. His branding expertise is world-class and he has lead brands from start-ups to capture marketplace leadership positions. Michael has extensive knowledge designing innovative performance and lifestyle products that are supported with premium brand storytelling experiences.

Michael Leon was raised in late 80's, early 90's skateboard culture. His work lives in a unique place created by melding his DIY attitude with finely honed skills and knowledge of brand design. A combination which has produced impressive work in many forums and mediums including brand, product and retail design. The results are always something special. Michael has worked as a creative director and consultant with dozens of global brands such as Patagonia, Nike, Levi's, Google, and Sonos. Michael is currently based in Ojai, California.

Scott Davidson is a partner with the law firm of White Summers Caffee & James LLP in Portland, Oregon.  Scott serves as outside general counsel to a number of leading consumer brands and focuses his practice on corporate finance, mergers/acquisitions, business and related matters.  Scott teaches in both the law and business schools at Willamette University and also works with a number of organizations supporting the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Pacific Northwest.  Scott holds a JD and MBA from Willamette University.

TTiC came to life in 2015 when its founder, Timm Flintoff, a recognized innovator and leader in the global footwear and apparel community, walked away from a 20 year career at Nike and dared to pursue his passion.

TTiC came to life in 2015 when its founder, Timm Flintoff, a recognized innovator and leader in the global footwear and apparel community, walked away from a 20 year career at Nike and dared to pursue his passion.

Inspired by his 20 years of global brand experience and connection with  cultural innovators and influencers, Timm realized that he had a deep bench of collaborative partners to call upon.  Believing that there are a lot of upstart businesses that could benefit from those experiences, Timm launched TTi Collective with a mission to guide original thinkers through critical milestones, commercialize their genius and unlock their true brand potential.  

During his tenure at Nike, Timm held roles of Senior Global Operations Director, Senior Product Creation Director, Senior Development Director, Category Team Lead and Production Manager.  He spent time leading marketing, product, creative, finance and operations teams.  

Timm has significant international experience; over seven years in SE Asia establishing footwear operations and developing new marketplace opportunities.  He touched tens of thousands of footwear and apparel product launches; some directly in global product creation roles or in leadership positions off-shore. He tailored product for elite athletes, rockstars, politicians, for small-town specialty retailers and even for children with cancer.  Timm also established partnerships with influential artists, designers, and industry icons like Hurley and Levis.  Collaborations like these established Timm as a trusted leader for dynamic and high potential projects and brand campaigns. He was also instrumental in establishing start-up business opportunities, taking niche alternative brand opportunities like skateboarding to the global stage and leading multi billion dollar categories like sportswear.  Along the way, and from each functional discipline, Timm amassed invaluable creative, operational and business acumen.

In late 2014, Timm’s health asked serious questions of him; causing him to leave Nike after 20 years.  The uphill road to full recovery reminded him what’s most important in life.  He realized that waking up everyday to do something he loved doing isn’t dime store magazine fantasy, but something worth investing in, and that it was a real opportunity to gain clear line of site to purpose.
